Our Story
Juli A. Bilbia established RSA Medical Billing & Consulting Group in 2001. Soon Sherie Dickey joined the fray, and the foundation of today was established. Juli and Sherie both came with many years of solid experience working in hospital and private practice settings. Our mission was to support private practice physicians in becoming successful entrepreneurs and profitable practitioners. This was without compromising their ability to provide exceptional patient care.

Over the years, much as changed; Juli married and is now Juli Ann Quinn, and the business incorporated and is now RSABill, Inc. The medical field has also changed. In order to survive in private practice, physicians have become more successful businesspeople. What hasn’t changed is the team led by Juli and Sherie remains dedicated to supporting private practice.

The greatest need is accurate, timely billing that fights for every penny deserved for the physicians’ work performed. RSABill helps you do just that.
