We love Apex Defense Academy! Our daughter started when she was six years old and she loves it. She’s grown physically and mentally and gained a lot of confidence. We love that they teach kids safety skills before just physical self-defense (our kid memorized both her parents’ phone numbers at Apex!). Also love that there are female instructors to serve as role models for the young girls in class.
My 10-year-old daughter loves being part of Apex Defense Academy. She is now BBT, and she's more confident than ever! She's also made lots of friends there. Instructors Mr. and Ms. Araujo are very professional, kind, and helpful. 5 stars for this place. Keep up the good work!
